Can I add a personalised voicemail to my number? Yes you can! Easily record and upload your voicemail when you sign up. If you've already signed up please use our contact us page and we will add it for you!
Is there a limit to how many messages my AI can send? No limit at all!
Can I pause my service? Yes you can! Simply contact us and we can add a pause to your service at any time.
How long does it take to get set up? Once the onboarding form is filled out by yourself, our team will get you fully set up and working within 48 hours! (usually within 24)
I serve multiple trades, can I set this up? Yes you can! When signing up you can choose all the relevant trades you practice. For example, you can choose; Plumber, Carpenter, Electrician... etc
Can I personalise my messages? Yes! You can personalise the first message sent by the AI. As default we have it set as "Sorry I can't answer the phone at the moment, how can I help?" We recommend keeping it similar to get optimal results. For example, "Sorry I can't pick up right now, please let me know how I can help! Thanks, Paul from ABC Plumbers." You can get this changed by simply contacting us.
Do you offer a free trial? Yes we do, we offer a 7 day free trial on all of our packages. If you don't like our service simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
How do I cancel? Please head to our contact us page and message us with your name, company and email address. We will cancel your subscription for you, if a payment comes out after you tried to cancel and our team processing the cancellation we will refund the amount charged.
Can I use my personal number? No you cannot, simply because we don't want your AI replying to missed calls from friends and family asking how it can help!
How safe is my information? We do not pass on, sell or give out any information given to us at any point. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.
What if the AI fails to reply to a message? This is an extremely rare occurance, if you do see this happening please let us know.
Can I change my number? Yes you can. Please contact us and we can get change your personal number so that your AI diverts calls/sends messages to your new number instead.
