Affiliate Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Tradesmen AI Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission: Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on all eligible referrals. This commission is based on the net revenue generated from referred customers.

2. Referral Cookie: A referral cookie will be active for 7 days after a user clicks on your affiliate link. To qualify for a commission, the referred customer must convert within this 7 day period.

   1. Commission Payout: Payments are due to be paid 30 days after a sign up, this does not mean payouts will be paid then, they are considered due then. Payments may take upto 2 weeks after the 30 days to be sent to allow for refunds/self referral removals.

3. Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is £20. Affiliate earnings must reach or exceed this amount before a payout can be processed.

4. Payment Liability: Tradesmen AI will make payments to the PayPal email address provided by the affiliate. Once the payment is initiated and transferred to the provided address, Tradesmen AI assumes no liability for the handling or security of those funds. It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and security of their PayPal information.

5. No Self-Referrals: Affiliates are prohibited from referring themselves or creating duplicate accounts to earn commissions. Any self-referral will not be eligible for commission.

6. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or unethical activities, including but not limited to spamming, misleading advertising, or any activity that violates our terms of service.

7. Promotion Restrictions: Affiliates must promote Tradesmen AI in a legal and ethical manner. Any promotion that involves false or misleading claims or infringes on the rights of others will result in the termination of the affiliate's account.

8. Termination: Tradesmen AI reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's account at any time if they are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

9. Modification of Terms: Tradesmen AI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.

10. Agreement: By participating in the Tradesmen AI Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
